AI deployment is the process of putting an AI model into everyday use in a business. It covers connecting the model to your data and systems, building the user interface (for example a chatbot or an app feature), securing and hosting it, and monitoring its quality and cost once real users rely on it.
How long does it take to deploy an AI chatbot or AI agent?
A focused pilot built on your own content usually takes a few weeks. A full production rollout with integrations into systems such as your CRM, eCommerce platform or helpdesk takes longer, depending on the number of systems, the data involved and your approval process. We give you a timeline after the discovery stage.
How much does AI deployment cost?
Cost depends on the use case, the integrations and the expected usage, because AI models are usually charged per use. We start with a short discovery so you receive a clear estimate covering both the build and the expected running costs before you commit.
Is our data safe, and will it be used to train public AI models?

A forward deployed engineer (FDE) is a software and AI engineer who works directly inside a client's team rather than at arm's length. FDEs learn the client's processes and data first-hand, build and integrate the AI solution with the people who will use it, and stay involved until it is running in production, which shortens the path from idea to real business results.
Do we need our own AI or data science team?
No. We handle the technical work end to end and train your staff to use and manage the solution. If you do have an in-house IT team, we work alongside them and hand over full documentation.
Which AI models and platforms do you work with?
We are vendor-neutral and choose the best fit for each project, including OpenAI GPT models, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Microsoft Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock and open-source models that can run privately on your own infrastructure. Can AI work with our existing website, CRM or other systems?
Yes. Most modern business software can be connected through APIs, so an AI assistant or agent can read from and update systems such as your website, eCommerce store, CRM, helpdesk, email and document storage. Where a system has no API, we look at other safe integration options during discovery.
